PRECAST-MONOLITHIC FRAME SYSTEM OF INTERSPECIFIC APPLICATION «MKS»

چکیده

Prefabricated monolithic frame systems have the best indicators for consumption of concrete and reinforcement per square meter total area building compared to frames being massively erected today. Economic efficiency is achieved through use factory-made prestressed reinforced elements in a prefabricated frame. Currently, new technologies production structures by method formless molding on long stands are rapidly replacing traditional manufacturing products aggregate-flow method. When developing structural solutions system «MKS», possibilities technology continuous were used, which device cutouts, holes, recesses dowels, loop releases, releases at ends elements, addition indirect grids lower provided. All components individual «MKS» can be designed basis existing regulatory documents. However, some documents, according design carried out, either advisory nature or outdated. Some modern methods calculating nodes not reflected constrains mass application both housing construction as whole.
